At our library in the lobby, we have thousands of books ranging from fiction such as Harry Potter to kid's books such as Cat in the Hat. This year, we have rearranged the library and it looks magnificent. The library has new things coming often. They have many new books that have been donated from a variety of people, they also have new dictionaries and shelves. Coming soon is the Scholastic Reading Counts program for the 2-8 grade. You read a book you choose and you take a test on the computer of the book you read and no test is the same.
Here at the library, there are so many volunteers that help out Tuesday - Thursday by helping the students find the books they are wanting and helping them check out. The volunteers are trained on the computer for the Scholastic Reading Counts program, and will help you with any questions you have about the program.
There are four very important people that help keep the library running. Each person has a very important job. Their jobs include:
Sending our overdue slips,
schedules the volunteer librarians
cataloging
and doing work on the computer.

I would like to thank Mrs. Juravich for letting me interview her. Most of this information is from her interview.
