This past October, several of the young ladies of Saint Ambrose School participated in one of the most memorable events of the year, the annual Father/Daughter Dance. These young ladies were able to go on a “date” with the most special male figure in their lives. The theme was “Under the Sea” and thanks to the generous donations from the parents the Community Center was beautifully transformed. The girls and their “dates” enjoyed punch, an array of cookies, a photo backdrop with a Photographer taking pictures that were printed and delivered after, and the amazing D.J. skills of Mark Ellebracht. There were no wallflowers that night! Mark kept the girls and the fellas on their toes all night. Many of the fathers and father figures made a whole evening of it - buying corsages, going to dinner, and even coordinating ties with their special girl’s dresses. This truly was a night the young ladies will cherish forever.
